Win the Fight of Spiritual Warfare!!

Today I woke to a dull feeling. I had a wonderful 3 days (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), however when I woke up on Sunday, I felt an all too familiar feeling. It was the feeling of spiritual warfare. You know the feeling, however its hard to describe, so I'll define it for us:

- Spiritual Warfare: A term used to describe conflict and intangible infliction and assaults that emanate from, and take place in, the invisible spheres of creation. It is centered on God's invisible creatures battling with the prayers of his saints, members of the church of Jesus Christ, on earth. Believer's prayers, opposition, envy, kingdom infighting, and carnal resistance can also inspire spiritual warfare. 2 Cor. 10:4

At first, I felt myself being pulled down into the discomfort. I felt myself feeling tired and depressed and frustrated -----But only for a few minutes. I spoke out loud, "NO MORE." and I began to search the word and my books for the scriptures to FIGHT!

The bible uses strong words that pertain to warfare including: Abolish, beat down, breakdown, cast down, cast out, chase, confound, consume, contend, destroy, fight, prevail, smite and wrestle.

We can understand after reading those words that obviously, we have to put up a fight, but not a physical or mental one. We don't win the spiritual war with fighting, getting angry or sad about certain situations. WE FIGHT WITH THE WORD. We FIGHT with our faith in GOD's FIGHT on our behalf.

We have to know that War requires warriors. Warriors must have the tenacity to overcome their enemies. Remember, according to Psalms 144:1, God trains our hands to war and our fingers to fight.

2 Cor. 20:15 - 17 says  "Fear not and be not dismayed...for the battle is not yours, but God's. You will not need to fight in this battle; take your position, stand still and see the victory of the Lord on your behalf!!!

LET'S WIN THE FIGHT TOGETHER!
