Hi Daily Morsel Family ~ It's been such a long time! A long time since I have sent a actual Morsel (Over a Year)!. Sure, I've been updating Facebook as the Spirit moves me, but I had moved away from my commitment. Something that God told me to do.
So much has went on since I last updated you: I left Target and got a new job. It was such a blessing. As you may already know, I wrote many morsels about the struggles and daily irritation I experienced with Target, but it certainly was a growing stage for me.
When I tell that God's word in Hab 2:2 is so TRUE and dear to me! Hab 2:2 states that, you should, “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it." In terms of my position with my new company, I did just that.
I wrote in my journal that I wanted a new position with a new company. I wanted increasing title. I wanted a HUGE increase. I wanted to work from home. I wanted to travel. I wanted to have a relaxed work environment. I did NOT want to have a Micro-Manager for a Boss. I wanted Stability. I Wanted ALOT! But God said, if you ask, you shall receive, according to Mathew 7:7. Especially, if we ask according to HIS WILL!
And Guess What? God gave it to me! He gave me everything and more. He gave me my new position, as a Regional HR Manager over the SouthEast Region (8 states). He gave me increasingly more than what I asked for in Salary. He gave me a Car Allowance. He let me work from home. He gave me a Mon-Friday, no weekends. He gave me the travel and relaxed environment. And Guess what - My Boss is not a micromanager, she lives in another state.
God's will for me was NOT to be sad and frustrated at work. God will was for me to be happy. God's will is for us to be prosperous in all we do and he will do the same for you. Remember, when you are facing the daily challenges of this world, you have someone who understands and is waiting paitently for you to come to him and ASK. For you to come and BELIEVE and HAVE FAITH. He will DO IT. I know he WILL do HIS WILL for YOU!! WRITE IT DOWN AND MAKE IT PLAIN!!!
