Good Morning Daily Morsel Family ~ I pray you all had a wonderful weekend and you are getting your morning off to a great start! I'm so happy and filled with the thought that I WILL NOT live in a less prosperous state than I'm supposed to. I will NOT be sick. I will not be tormented by depression. I will not allow my family to be destroyed by the enemy. I will USE the power of binding and loosing over my spiritual domain and what God leads me to pray over and about.
YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND AND LOOSE IN JESUS NAME!
Webster's dictionary defines the word bind as, "to make secure by tying; to confine, restrain, or restrict as if with bond: to constrain with legal authority: to exert a restraining or compelling effect." It also means to arrest, apprehend, hand-cuff, lead captive, take chard of, lock up, retrain, check, or put a stop to. Binding is done by legal authority. We have legal authority in the name of Jesus to bind the works of darkness.
What exactly are the works of darkness? It could encompass sin, iniquity, perversion, sickness, disease, infirmity, death, destruction, curses, witchcraft, divination, poverty, lack, strife, lust, pride, rebellion, fear, torment and confusion (not a total list). WE HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO PUT A STOP TO THESE THINGS IN OUR LIVES AND THE LIVES OF THOSE WE MINISTER TO.
Loose means to untie, to free from restraint, to detach, to disjoin, divorce, separate, unhitch, get free, get loose, escape, break away, unbind, unchain, unfetter, free, release, unlock, liberate, disconnect, or forgive.
People need to be loosed from curses, evil inheritances, familiar spirits, sin, guilt, shame, condemnation, control, religious control, sickness, false teaching, demons, ungodly spoken words, and so forth. We have legal authority in the name of Jesus to loose ourselves and others to whom we minister to.
Today, let's speak some scriptures that will bind the enemy in your situation. (Remember to make sure you speak these in the NAME OF JESUS outloud!
*I have the keys of the kingdom, and whatever I bind on Earth is bound in heaven, and whatever I loose on Earth is loosed in heaven. (Matt 16:19)
*I bind all sickness and disease released against my mind or body.
*I bind and cast out any spirit that would try to steal my joy in the name of Jesus
*I loose myself from the snare of the devil in the name of Jesus.
*I loose my finances from every spirit of poverty, debt and lack.
*I loose myself from all generational curses and hereditary spirits (Gal. 3:13)
